    Design & Build

    Design and implementation happen in reviewable increments. Interfaces, content, functionality, and integrations are built with professional standards and consistent progress.

    Design, build, and communicate progress on a predictable cadence.
  4. 04

    Review & Launch

    Final quality assurance, testing, performance validation, and coordinated launch. DNS, redirects, analytics, and monitoring are verified so the transition is clean.

    Own the launch runbook and complete the technical cutover.

    Support & Expansion

    After launch, Lumen Care plans provide continued maintenance, monitoring, updates, and structured improvements. New capabilities can be added as the business evolves.

Communication & change requests

Communication

You'll have one primary contact at Lumen Sites. Your signed proposal documents the exact communication cadence, response expectations, and milestone reviews for your project. We don't disappear.

Revisions

Every project has a written revision allowance per deliverable. Feedback is consolidated and applied in a single round to keep momentum. We track revisions transparently.

Change requests

Ideas outside the original scope are welcome. We estimate them in writing (impact on scope, timeline, and cost), you approve, then we build. Nothing changes without written approval.

Payments

Typical structure: deposit at project start, milestone payment mid-project, final payment before launch. Care plans are billed monthly, quarterly, or annually. Payment details are laid out in your proposal.
